Position Summary: The BNG Integration Engineer will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimization of BNG systems within our network. This role requires extensive knowledge of BNG technology, network protocols, and integration processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable network solutions. Pre-Sales experience in Product Development on ONT, FWA, and Wi-Fi routers. Preferably has working experience with GPON, ISAM 7360 FX products, ONT, Corteca, Altiplano, and Nokia FWA. Good understanding of service platforms, including internet subsystems like BNG, Mobile Core, Policy Managers, and network planning for new service introductions in Telco networks and SDAN. Engage with customers for offer presentations and negotiations, and align with business units to understand and prepare roadmaps tailored to specific customer requirements.

Be the Subject Matter Expert on Product capabilities/network solutions. Understands the telecom standards and best practices of the telecom domain. Interact with diverse teams like R&D, Product Management and Sales team to understand the customer requirements Lead a team of 2-3 engineers and drive the activities Mandatory skills: Should be willing to travel domestic and abroad Should be well versed in GPON, OLT, ONT, EMS/NMS and L2/L3 switching Should be familiar with ITU G.984, G.988, TR101, TR156, TR069 standards Should have hands on experience in product testing Should have customer interaction experience Desired skills: Knowledge on TMF REST, OSS, NBI integration is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience: 7 to 10 yrs from Telecommunication or Networking background. Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE) or any other equivalent degree Should be well versed in GPON, OLT, ONT, EMS/NMS and L2/L3 switching.
