Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Lucknow

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations, ensure efficient IT systems, and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and the ability to develop and implement IT strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, software, and networks.
• Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with departments to understand and support their technology needs.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software.
• Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering growth and development.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
