IT Manager

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the computer systems within the defined requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. Your role will involve supervising the implementation and maintenance of the company's computing needs. You will lead the IT strategy and vision while aligning it with the overall business goals. Managing the entire IT infrastructure lifecycle to ensure smooth operation will be a key responsibility. Building and mentoring a high-performing IT team, implementing and maintaining IT policies, standards, and security protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet their IT needs will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing IT budgets and resources effectively. Desirable Skill Set: - Demonstrated success in managing complex IT infrastructure and systems. - Strong knowledge of IT best practices, security principles, and network protocols. - Experience in a related industry or domain is a plus. - Familiarity with emerging technologies and their potential applications in IT infrastructure. - Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks. - Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Personal Skills: - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications: - A Master's degree is preferred, although a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field will be considered. - At least 7 years of experience in an IT leadership role, such as IT Infrastructure Manager or Network Operations Manager.,
