IT Manager – ERP Implementation (Manufacturing)

About the Role :

IT Manager and ERP Implementation Lead

What You’ll Do :

1. Hands on experience in implementation of ERP.

2. Automation
3. Knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware and software.
4. Hands on experience in computer network, network administration and network installation.
5. Tech savvy with awareness of latest related IT technology.
6. Responsible for implementation of ERP covering the entire process right from selection of ERP vendor, forming implementation team, coordinating with stake holders, monitoring the process till successful implementation including user-training.
7. Ensure, preserve and make available IT Infrastructure (system and services) and plan, organize, and control all IT related matters including Licenses, data, wireless communications, telephony, computer hardware and software.
8. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems, trouble shoot and provide strategic solutions to network issues in time.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in IT within manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Deep technical expertise in IT systems, hardware, network administration, and deployments.
• Proficiency in identifying and implementing process automation solutions.
• Strong experience with network security strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Comfortable managing social media to enhance digital branding and outreach.
