Position

: IT Manager & Network Engineer

Location

: Jabalpur, MP |Onsite - Full timel

Experience

: 5+ years (Corporate/BPO preferred only)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager & Network Engineer to:
  • Oversee corporate & BPO network infrastructure.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity, robust security & compliance.
  • Proactively monitor systems to maintain uptime & business continuity.
  • Represent IT in client discussions, translating technical details into business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, leased lines, and ISP redundancy.
  • Implement network monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery systems.
  • Administer firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
  • Optimize networks for VoIP, live chat, and real-time communication.
  • Collaborate with operations and clients to support KPIs and SLA commitments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT.
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, MCSE, CompTIA Security+.
  • 5+ years of IT & network management experience in corporate/BPO
  • Hands-on expertise with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
