Job Description

Technical & User Support

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.
Respond to IT service requests and ensure timely resolution.
Manage system updates, and software installations.

IT Infrastructure & Network Management

Supervise network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place, including firewalls and antivirus updates.

IT Asset & Inventory Management

Track and manage IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Ensure proper procurement and disposal of outdated equipment.
Maintain an updated inventory of software licenses.

IT Audits & Compliance

Conduct routine system audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
Implement best practices for data protection and regulatory compliance.
Identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Create and maintain documentation for processes and SOPs

Collaboration & Vendor Management

Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and support.
Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements are met.
Work with department heads to align IT strategies.
