IT Intern

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our IT team. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, systems maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, contribute to day-to-day IT operations, and gain exposure to various aspects of enterprise IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support IT team in troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth network and system operations
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary
• Help maintain IT documentation and inventory of assets
• Assist in setting up new user accounts and permissions
• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, data migrations, or software rollouts
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and data security best practices

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and basic networking concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
