Job Overview We are seeking a Junior IT Infrastructure Operations professional to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited, located in Silvassa. The ideal candidate will support and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and performance. This role demands strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to network administration, system monitoring, and backup and recovery. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in network administration to ensure reliable and secure network performance (Mandatory skill). Experience in system monitoring to maintain optimal system operations and quickly identify issues (Mandatory skill). Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity and availability (Mandatory skill). Strong troubleshooting skills to promptly diagnose and resolve IT issues and minimize downtime. Understanding of security management principles to protect systems and networks from vulnerabilities. Experience with virtualization technologies to enhance server utilization and efficiency. Familiarity with cloud computing services to support flexible and scalable IT resources. Knowledge of ITIL framework to ensure best practices in IT service management. Roles And Responsibilities Manage and support the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and associated systems. Monitor system performance and availability, identifying and resolving any issues as they arise. Implement and manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data protection and availability. Administer network settings to ensure connectivity and security across the organization. Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades to enhance performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various IT projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
