Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IT infrastructure support team, ensuring high availability of systems and services.
Oversee installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT security systems.
Manage firewall, endpoint security, and related IT security controls to safeguard the organization’s environment.
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and capacity enhancements.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and project delivery.
Drive implementation of IT best practices, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and performance reports for IT infrastructure.
Support digital initiatives and ensure alignment of IT infrastructure with business goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong hands-on knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux), networking, and IT security solutions.
Experience in firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention, and endpoint protection.
Proficiency in virtualization, storage, and cloud-based infrastructure will be an advantage.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and deliver results under pressure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM will be a strong plus.
