IT Helpdesk – Fresher (0–1 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and operating systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Perform basic tasks in Active Directory (password resets, user account creation, etc.).
• Provide support for MS Office, Outlook, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Log and track service requests in the IT ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support as per the defined process.
• Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding – system setup, access provisioning, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking.
• Strong communication and customer support skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Freshers will initially be considered for an internship role. Based on performance during the internship, further opportunities may be considered.
