Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team at KG Invicta Services (KGiS). The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to provide top-notch support to our clients. As an IT Helpdesk Support specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for technical problems.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
Create and maintain documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and procedures.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT helpdesk support or a related field.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
