Job Description :
The IT Helpdesk Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests across corporate offices, ports, vessels, and remote operational teams. This role is responsible for logging, prioritizing, and coordinating timely resolution of IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to shipping operations and maritime compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Handling IT calls, complaints, and service request from users.
Coordinating with IT Team for timely closure of calls.
Preparing daily/ weekly IT reports in Excel.
Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software.
Maintaining IT documentation and records.
Basic understanding of IT teams ( Windows/ Desktop/ Laptop/ OS/ Network).
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
25 years of helpdesk / technical support experience (preferably in maritime or logistics industry).Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, Active Directory & basic networking concepts.Familiarity with VPN, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems.
