IT Head

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT strategy, roadmap, and process digitization across Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce.
Drive
Smart Factory automation & Industry 4.0 initiatives
.
Manage IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP/SAP, and HRMS tools.
Implement AI/ML, IoT, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
Ensure IT governance, compliance, risk management, and disaster recovery.
Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech/Masters in CSE/IT/ECE (Tier 1/2 institutions).
Minimum 75% in 10th & 12th.
1015 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong expertise in
ERP/SAP, cloud, data management, and cybersecurity
.
High-impact leadership with strong stakeholder management.
