Reporting To: DirectorsRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly accomplished professional with 10+ years of proven leadership across business strategy, service delivery, and organizational management to join us as Principal Consultant. This role functions as a strategic contributor to the organizationdriving vision, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.The Principal/Executive Consultant will be responsible for steering the organization towards sustainable success, aligning people, processes, and technology to meet client demands, optimizing internal efficiency, and delivering superior value.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Growth- Act as the organizations strategic team leader, shaping direction, and execution plans from the directors.- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas to strengthen the companys market position.- Provide advisory inputs to the Directors on long-term strategy and organizational roadmap.Client Service Delivery & Business Management- Serve as the principal point of accountability assigned client engagements and global service delivery.- Work closely with PMO and SD teams and assist the present senior leadership- Ensure client requirements are met with accuracy, timeliness, and quality.- Build and sustain trusted relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.- Oversee customer accounts and take responsibility for service delivery and operational units.HR, People & Organizational Leadership- Lead end-to-end HR and talent management, ensuring recruitment, retention, and succession pipelines support business growth.- Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability across teams.- Mentor senior leaders and managers to strengthen organizational capabilities.Governance & Operations Excellence- Drive operational governance, ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.- Establish clear SOPs, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance across service, HR, and administrative functions.- Ensure optimal use of resources and cost efficiency without compromising service quality.Key Result Areas (KRAs) :Organizational Leadership- Strong leadership bench strength through effective succession planning.- Year-on-year improvements in employee engagement and retention.Operational & Financial Governance- Streamlined operations with reduced turnaround times.- Zero compliance lapses across all jurisdictions.- Delivery of accurate work reporting and MIS to the directors.Strategic Value Creation- Implementation of at least two organization-wide initiatives annually that improve efficiency, culture, or client satisfaction.- Demonstrated contribution to revenue growth and profitability.Business Growth & Client Leadership- New client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.- = 95% on-time, quality fulfillment of global client requirements.- High client satisfaction and retention metrics.
