Job Description

Job Summary:

IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and endpoints.
Provide technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and computer peripherals.
Maintain and monitor data backup, antivirus, and system security measures.
Oversee user account management, access control, and email administration.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, software licensing, and maintenance contracts.
Manage network connectivity, routers, firewalls, and switches to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely system updates and hardware replacements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (26 years) as an IT Executive, IT Support Engineer, or System Administrator.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS).
Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, and switches).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and common business applications.
