Job Description

IT Executive

Location:-

Key Responsibilities:

Procuring, maintaining, and administering computer hardware/ software and office equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for end-users (systems, printers, internet, etc.).
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups.
Administering corporate software systems.
Support ERP/CRM software and liaise with service providers for technical upgrades.
Manage email setups, user accounts, and access controls.
Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures.
Implement IT policies and best practices across the organization.
Provide support during technology upgrades or migrations.
Managing an issues tracking system and reporting on issue resolution SLAs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system security.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (experience in manufacturing domain preferred).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
