Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Executive / Manager to lead, manage and optimize our technical infrastructure and automation ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can manage servers, automation workflows, web platforms and data extraction systems while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

You will play a critical role in supporting business growth by maintaining reliable systems, improving automation and ensuring seamless digital operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage and maintain Linux-based servers, cloud and hosting environments via SSH.
• Oversee system performance, uptime, security patches, monitoring tools, and backups.
• Configure and manage cron jobs, server logs, storage, and system optimization.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and implement long-term stability solutions.

Automation & Process Optimization

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Python + Selenium automation scripts for:
• Web data extraction
• Lead generation
• Workflow automation
• Improve automation reliability, performance, and scalability.

Data & Lead Operations

• Manage lead extraction workflows and data pipelines.
• Ensure accurate data uploading, processing, and maintenance in internal systems and portals.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Domain, DNS & Web Platform Management

• Handle complete domain and DNS management:
• A, CNAME, TXT, MX records
• Nameserver configuration
• Domain transfer coordination
• SSL/TLS setup and renewal
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain company websites and digital platforms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all web assets.

Leadership & Governance

• Act as the primary system administrator and technical point of contact.
• Develop IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and best practices.
• Manage vendors, tools, licenses, and third-party technology partners.
• Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements and scalability strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Python with real-world automation experience.
• Advanced experience with Selenium and browser automation frameworks.
• Proven experience managing Linux servers using SSH.
• Hands-on expertise in domain and DNS management (A, CNAME, TXT, MX records).
• Solid understanding of system administration:
• Security hardening
• Backups and recovery
• Server logs
• Basic networking (firewalls, ports, load balancing).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in web scraping, crawling, lead extraction, and high-volume data systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and security best practices.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
