We are hiring for Regional office based in New Delhi, India. URL:- www.oneworldnetwork.co Instagram:- www.instagram.com/1wn.co LinkedIn:- www.linkedin.com/company/1wn/ Job Summary: Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing relationships with logistics companies and increasing memberships on our networking platform, specifically targeting freight forwarders and supply chain management companies across the globe. Key Responsibilities: Drive membership growth on the networking platform, targeting Freight Forwarders; Supply Chain Management and Logistics Allied Companies. Represent the company at various industry conferences, promoting membership services and expanding the company’s network. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Connecting with prospective clients using various channels of communication like phone, email, chat or in person and advising them about company networking services. Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat. Providing business / company related information to prospective members. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions on company established platforms and softwares. Qualifications: 1. Graduation or pursuing graduation. 2. Knowledge of any foreign language is preferred. 3. Knowledge of International Freight Forwarding, Logistics Industry is preferred. Skills: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 2. Proficiency in spoken and written English Language is a must. 3. Knowledge of MS Office and computer systems. Experience: Previous Business Development / Sales experience with a Logistics Network Co. , Freight Forwarding Company ,Airline & Shipping Lines, GSA, NVOCC, International BPO , Hospitality sector , Events & Exhibitions etc. Note: Freshers who are passionate about making a career in sales & marketing and customer service are welcome to apply. They will be recruited as interns and will be provided in training in relevant domains. Salary: Commensurate with Qualification, Skills and Experience.
