Job Description

Position: IT Associate – Whitefield, Bengaluru Experience: 3 years in IT support Reporting To: Operations or IT Manager Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site and remote IT support Manage networking and infrastructure Oversee IT assets and documentation Support client onboarding Coordinate vendor support Requirements:Bachelor’s in IT/Electronics or similar 3 years in workspace IT support Network and system troubleshooting capabilities Team player with client-facing skills Core Responsibilities: End-user Tech Support: Troubleshoot and solve issues related to Wi-Fi, desktops, peripherals, and collaboration tools (e.g., conferencing equipment). Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain network devices, servers, and internet connectivity across the Whitefield workspace. On-site Support: Be the first responder for hardware or software issues, working briefs, or user disruptions. IT Asset Management: Maintain inventory logs, manage hardware lifecycle (procurement, deployment, upgrades, decommission). Collaboration: Liaise with BizzHub’s central IT team for escalations and coordinate with facility management for smooth operations. Security & Policies: Implement and uphold IT security best practices, including access control and data safety. Onboarding & Setup: Set up new member accounts, devices, network access, and ensure clients get a smooth start. Documentation: Create, maintain, and update SOPs for common tasks and incident resolution. Preventive Maintenance: Schedule routine checks on network systems, backups, and IT hygiene to reduce downtime. Vendor Coordination: Engage with third-party IT service providers for maintenance, repairs, and support as required. Qualifications & Skills: Education & TrainingBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field. Certifications (desirable): ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CCNA, or equivalents. Technical SkillsPractical experience with network administration (routers, switches, DHCP, DNS). Familiar with Windows OS, printers, Wi-Fi systems, and AV setups. Basic knowledge of IP cameras, access control systems, or facility tech is a plus. Skilled with helpdesk tools and ticketing systems. Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-driven, able to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a coworking environment. Experience1–3 years in IT support, facility tech, or workspace IT operations—preferably in managed office or coworking settings.
