Developing and implementing the organization's IT strategy Managing the IT budget and resources Overseeing the development and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure Coordinating with other departments to ensure that their IT needs are met Managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers Maintaining the security and confidentiality of the organization's data Providing leadership and guidance to IT staff Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the use of IT resources Collaborating with senior management to align IT goals with business objectives.
