IT Executive

Job Objective:
To ensure smooth IT operations across the organization, manage IT infrastructure, and provide technical support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Manage and monitor company-wide security systems and backups.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Support ERP and other company software applications.
• Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices.
• Stay updated on latest technology trends relevant to the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in IT support or IT administration.
• Hands-on experience with network management, servers, and IT troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and IT security protocols is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills.

Working Days & Timings:

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• After probation: 1 Saturday off per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,805.70 - ₹25,145.83 per month
