Job Title: IT ExecutiveLocation: Hopup, Zirakpur Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled IT Executive with strong expertise in network management to handle the complete IT infrastructure at Hopup Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing networks, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring uninterrupted IT operations across the centre. Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, routers, switches, and servers. Monitor and ensure stable LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. Troubleshoot network and system issues promptly to minimize downtime. Manage CCTV, biometric attendance, POS systems, and other connected devices. Maintain IT asset records and ensure timely maintenance or replacement. Implement and monitor data security and backup processes. Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT support and maintenance. Provide basic IT support to staff and ensure smooth technical operations during events or daily activities. Requirements:Proven experience (1–3 years) as an IT Executive / Network Support Engineer. Strong knowledge of networking, IP configuration, routers, switches, and firewalls. Familiar with Windows OS, basic server management, and system troubleshooting. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
