Clover Greens Pvt Ltd is a premium Golf Course, Golf Academy, Resort, and Restaurant offering high-quality hospitality services. We are expanding our IT infrastructure and seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Hotels or Resorts.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled System / IT Executive with 5+ years of experience in IT support within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hotel PMS, networks, hardware, CCTV, and day-to-day IT troubleshooting.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Systems Management

• Manage and support all IT systems including PMS (Property Management System), POS, CRM, and reservation systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Maintain and update system configurations, backups, and user access controls.
• Ensure smooth functioning of email systems, printers, biometric attendance, and office applications.

Network & Infrastructure Support

• Monitor internet connectivity, Wi-Fi coverage, routers, switches, and firewall performance.
• Ensure 24/7 uptime for resort operations, guest areas, and administrative systems.
• Coordinate with service providers (ISP, hardware vendors, software vendors) for issue resolution.

Security & Surveillance

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems across the property.
• Ensure data security, antivirus updates, and cyber safety practices.
• Manage access controls and system permissions for employees.

Hospitality System Experience

• Experience with hotel/resort PMS such as IDS, Opera, WINHMS, etc.
• Knowledge of POS software for F&B operations.
• Familiarity with guest Wi-Fi systems and billing integration.
• Support front office, F&B, housekeeping, and accounts teams in IT-related operations.

Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware registers, and AMC records.
• Coordinate system upgrades, new installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Technical Support & Documentation

• Provide on-ground support for daily operations.
• Prepare IT reports, logs, incident records, and vendor follow-ups.
• Train staff on basic IT usage, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in Hotel/Resort industry (mandatory).
• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expertise in hotel PMS, POS, network systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and data security standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and support 24/7 resort operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
