Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize business productivity.
• Deploy, track, and maintain IT assets, licenses, and software across corporate offices in Delhi.
• Take independent charge of identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with IT vendors for cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to support a fast-growing business environment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Collaborate closely with real estate and corporate teams, offering timely technical support and scalable IT solutions.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on IT management experience, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or corporate sectors.
• Proven track record in IT project execution, vendor negotiation, and network deployment.
• Strong technical skills in IT asset management, software deployment, and infrastructure setup.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing cross-functional stakeholders.
