Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Hardware Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals. Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues and component failures. Upgrading system hardware and ensuring compatibility with software. 2. Network Administration: Setting up and managing LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and wireless networks. Configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Troubleshooting network connectivity issues. 3. System Support & Troubleshooting: Providing technical support for end-users on hardware and network-related issues. Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network-related problems Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer hardware components, installation, and maintenance. Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and modems. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
