IT Executive

Job Summary:

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with IT operations to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

· Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

· Diagnose and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.

· Assist employees with system access and usage.

Network & System Administration:

· Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and IT assets.

· Ensure smooth operation of IT systems with minimal downtime.

· Implement security protocols to protect company data.

Software & Hardware Management:

· Install, configure, and update software applications.

· Maintain and upgrade hardware, ensuring optimal performance.

· Manage IT inventory and procurement of IT equipment.

Security & Data Protection:

· Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement security measures.

· Conduct regular data backups and recovery plans.

· Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.

IT Projects & Process Improvement:

· Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and projects.

· Identify areas for process improvement and automation.

· Research and recommend emerging technologies for business efficiency.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.

Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and cloud services.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365, ERP, and database management.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
