Job Title: Oracle ERP SME (Techno-Functional with Team Leadership Experience)

Functional Focus: 60% Functional / 40% Technical

Oracle ERP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Areas of Expertise (Any One of the Following Required):

1. Oracle R12 – Order to Cash (O2C)

2. Oracle R12 – Procure to Pay (P2P)

3. Oracle R12 – Manufacturing Modules including Inventory

4. Oracle Cloud Financials

   (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the

  functional and technical SME

  for Oracle ERP modules.
• Lead the

  design and delivery of ERP solutions

  , including custom applications and integrations.

• Manage and mentor

  a team of Oracle consultants and developers (onshore/offshore).
• Oversee the

  development of functional and technical specifications

  (MD50, MD60, MD70).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.

Required Qualifications:

• Development Background:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer or Oracle Apps Developer early in career, followed by a transition into functional ERP roles.

• ERP Implementation Experience:

• Strong background in full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations with a focus on business processes, configurations, and custom solutions.

• Custom Application Design:

• Hands-on experience in designing scalable and complex custom applications. Seamless integration with Oracle ERP is a plus.

• Documentation & Interface Design:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP interface development using Oracle AIM methodology (MD50, MD60, MD70).

• Team Leadership:

• Proven track record of

  managing small to mid-sized teams

  (5–15 members), driving team performance, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
