Job Description:

The IT Director will lead the organization’s technology strategy in India as well as head office in New york, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and optimization of software systems and infrastructure. The role requires a strong background in AI-driven solutions, software implementation, vendor and integration management, mobile application development, data analytics, data warehousing, and automation to drive digital transformation and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, focusing on AI, automation, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency, security, and compliance.

2. Technology & Software Implementation

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software applications.
• Manage integration between existing and new systems to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
• Lead mobile app development initiatives that enhance user engagement and operational effectiveness.

3. Data Analytics & Automation

• Build and manage a robust data warehouse to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Drive automation of repetitive processes using AI and modern workflow tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

4. Vendor & Integration Management

• Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and partnerships.
• Ensure effective system integration between internal and external applications.

5. Infrastructure & Security

• Oversee IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity measures.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal security standards.
• Plan for scalability, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
• Collaborate with business heads to identify technology gaps and implement innovative solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in AI technologies, software implementation, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development and system integration processes.
• Expertise in data warehousing, automation, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated success in managing IT vendors, projects, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing AI or ML-based business solutions.
