Job Description

1. Digital Strategy & Roadmap

Develop and execute the organizations digital transformation roadmap.
Identify digital opportunities across departments (Production, HR, Sales, Finance, IT).
Align digital transformation initiatives with business goals and KPIs.

2. Process Automation & Optimization

Analyze existing workflows and recommend digital improvements.
Implement automation solutions such as RPA, IoT, workflow automation, and AI tools.
Streamline operational processes to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

3. Technology Implementation

Deploy cloud solutions, mobile apps, dashboards, and collaboration tools.
Lead digital adoption for systems such as MES, CRM, Power BI, or custom tools.
Manage new technology rollouts and change management communication.

4. Data Analytics & Insights

Implement data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Build automation dashboards for production, quality, inventory, and management reporting.
Ensure data quality, standardization, and meaningful analytics.

5. Change Management & Training

Drive cultural change towards digital adoption.
Conduct training for employees on new systems.
Assist business users in adapting to new tools and digital processes.

6. Project Management

Lead cross-functional digital projects end-to-end.
Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with IT, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

7. Cybersecurity & Compliance

Ensure digital solutions meet IT security and compliance standards.
Work with IT & Security teams to safeguard data and digital platforms.

8. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Evaluate and onboard technology partners.
Manage vendor contracts, implementation milestones, and solution performance.
Liaise with department heads to understand digital needs.
