Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top IT -c2h using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing techniques and an extensive experience working in ATS for International Hiring. Pipeline Management: Track and maintain an active pipeline of candidates, ensuring proactive engagement. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial assessments to shortlist candidates for recruiter/hiring manager interviews. Post-Offer Follow-Up (POFU): Maintain constant engagement with offered candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and reduce dropouts. Market Mapping: Stay updated on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and salary benchmarks. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs efficiently. Key Skills Required: Strong IT sourcing expertise with hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search. Excellent pipeline tracking and candidate engagement skills. Flexibility in working for Niche and Super Niche requirements. Experience in post-offer engagement to improve joining ratios. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good communication and relationship management skills.
