Additionally, you will leverage your leadership and collaboration skills to stand up the IT Employee Engagement Program in DTCC's new Hyderabad office.


Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion of IT's employee engagement program in DTCC's Hyderabad office
  • Contribute to analysis, requirements, and testing of enhancements to IT Business Management dashboards and IT Governance Metrics Automation
  • Support analysis and testing of System Delivery Process enhancements across various tools, including

    PPM

    and

    JIRA

  • Perform data collection and information gathering for IT Business Management reporting and presentations
  • Partner with project management tools and risk assessment teams in the APAC region to ensure timely responses and collaboration
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing IT Business Management and System Delivery Process documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum of

    2 years of related experience

  • Bachelor's degree

    preferred or equivalent experience
