At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, cold calling, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up meetings with potential clients and nurturing leads through effective communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, B2B platforms, etc., to identify and connect with potential clients. Create and submit effective proposals, bids, and pitches to secure projects. Ability to train and manage a team, including junior and intern-level staff. Convert inbound and outbound leads into active clients. Conduct targeted email marketing campaigns to generate interest and secure meetings with prospects. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects through consistent follow-up and communication. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting setups. Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Business Development team. Build relationships with prospective clients Maintain consistent contact with existing clients Manage sales pipeline Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages Track metrics to ensure targets are hit. Mentor and guide BD interns, providing training on lead generation, communication, and conversion techniques. Monitor team performance. Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and present detailed reports to senior management. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the digital technology industry. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools. At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
