We're looking for a LinkedIn Sourcer to help us build world-class pre-sales and technical sales teams. What You'll Do: Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates for roles like Pre-Sales Associates, Sales Engineers & Solution Consultants Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines Partner with recruiters & hiring managers to understand role requirements Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and fit Track and report sourcing metrics What We're Looking For: Proven experience sourcing for technical or pre-sales roles Strong LinkedIn Boolean search skills Excellent communication and organization Familiarity with SaaS, B2B, or tech environments a plus Why Join Us?
