Job Description

As an energetic and outgoing candidate with experience in lead generation and business sales development in the IT industry, your role will involve revenue generation by generating new leads and closing sales. You will also be responsible for sales related to website and IT services, with a focus on European sales. Your responsibilities will include: - Carrying out cold-calling to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings. - Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients, effectively addressing their needs. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, researching competition, and staying updated on global market trends. - Identifying client challenges and proposing suitable solutions. - Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, while maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. - Building strong business relationships with current and potential clients. - Conceptualizing and creating collateral for presentations and solutions. - Engaging in discussions through client presentations and meetings. - Providing simple and cost-effective business solutions to clients in complex or unstructured environments. - Utilizing knowledge in MIS/reporting, budgeting, management, discussions/presentations, drafting business proposals, and taking ownership of goals/targets. Your skill set should include: - Excellent analytical and time-management skills. - Proven track record in sales. - Ability to work both independently and as an active team member. - Strong focus with the ability to meet sales targets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with potential customers. - Exceptional presentation skills. - Good knowledge of IT/ITES sales. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
