Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend process improvements. Assist in project planning, timelines, and prioritization of requirements. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support product rollouts. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
