IT Associate

Job Summary

The IT Associate is responsible for supporting and maintaining the resort’s IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience. This role focuses on troubleshooting guest-facing technologies, internal systems, and security infrastructure while upholding the high service standards of a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Wi-Fi & Network Support
• Troubleshoot guest Wi-Fi connectivity issues and ensure reliable internet access
• Assist guests with device connections while maintaining privacy and security
• Monitor network performance and report recurring issues
• LAN & Network Infrastructure Troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues, including switches, access points, and network ports
• Support wired network connections for front office, back office, and operational systems
• Assist with basic network configuration and cable management
• Systems Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support for resort systems, workstations, printers, and POS systems
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
• Escalate complex system issues to senior IT staff or vendors
• Alexa Devices & Smart Room Technology
• Troubleshoot and maintain in-room Alexa devices and voice command functionality
• Ensure smart room systems are operational prior to guest check-in
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve smart device issues
• CCTV & Security Systems
• Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and monitoring equipment
• Support the maintenance of security systems to ensure safety and compliance
• Report faults and assist with system upgrades or replacements
• General IT Support & Documentation
• Provide on-call IT support as required
• Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and system changes
• Follow IT security policies, data protection standards, and resort SOPs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
