👩‍💻The Role Join Headout’s Operations team as an IT & Assets Coordinator , where you'll be the backbone of our office’s tech infrastructure. From troubleshooting laptops to ensuring seamless video conferencing, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our Bangalore office running smoothly. You’ll also oversee asset procurement, maintain stable WiFi connectivity, and collaborate with vendors to ensure our tech needs are met efficiently. 🤩 What makes this role stand out Be the go-to person for all IT-related issues, ensuring our team experiences minimal downtime. Own WiFi network stability and video conferencing setups in the office to ensure smooth internal and external communication. Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships, ensuring we always have the right tools and resources. Your problem-solving skills will directly enhance productivity, collaboration, and efficiency in our office. 🎯 Essential skills & experience 2-3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or a similar role Strong troubleshooting skills for both Windows and macOS systems Experience in IT procurement and vendor management Ability to diagnose and resolve WiFi and networking issues efficiently Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.) A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
