Join our Operations team at Headout as an IT & Assets Coordinator, where you will be crucial in maintaining the technical infrastructure of our Bangalore office. You will handle tasks ranging from troubleshooting laptops to ensuring flawless video conferencing, playing a key role in the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include overseeing asset procurement, ensuring stable WiFi connectivity, and collaborating with vendors to efficiently meet our tech requirements. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, minimizing downtime for our team. You will take charge of maintaining WiFi network stability and video conferencing setups to facilitate seamless internal and external communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing IT asset procurement, maintaining inventory, and fostering strong vendor relationships to ensure that our office is equipped with the necessary tools and resources. Your problem-solving abilities will directly contribute to enhancing productivity, promoting collaboration, and improving efficiency within our office environment. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting skills for both Windows and macOS systems are essential, along with a background in IT procurement and vendor management. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving WiFi and networking issues efficiently is required, as well as familiarity with various video conferencing tools such as Google Meet and Zoom. A proactive mindset, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, will be beneficial in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
