About the Role:

IT and Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

IT Management

Oversee daily IT operations, including network management, hardware/software maintenance, and IT support.
Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology contracts.
Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.

Project Management

Plan, execute, and deliver technology and business projects on time, within scope and budget.
Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage risk.
Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).
2+ years of experience in IT management and project management roles.
Proven experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
