Job Summary

Senior IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute multiple IT and AI-related projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to implement AI/ML and LLM-based solutions.
• Define project scope, create detailed project plans, and manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation of issues.
• Oversee model development lifecycle for AI/LLM projects, including data preparation, model deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure project documentation, compliance, and process effectiveness throughout the project life cycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices, process automation, and technology upgrades.
• Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams to support implementation and integration of AI technologies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT Project Management

  with exposure to large-scale software projects.
• Strong understanding of

  AI/ML concepts

  , and

  LLM-based solutions

  (ChatGPT, custom LLMs, RAG workflows, etc.).
• Experience managing projects involving AI tools, automation, or data engineering pipelines.
• Excellent skills in project planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on

  LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases, or AI chatbot implementation

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Understanding of data security, governance, and MLOps practices.
