About the Role:

IT and Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead the
planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
of IT and business technology projects.
Define
project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain
project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation schedules
.
Manage
cross-functional project teams
, vendors, and third-party contractors.
Conduct
regular project reviews
, provide progress reports, and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure projects meet
quality standards and business requirements
.
Implement and promote
project management best practices
using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum Master.
Experience with
ERP, CRM, or enterprise software implementation
.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of
cybersecurity best practices and IT compliance frameworks
(ISO 27001, GDPR).
Experience in managing
cross-departmental technology initiatives
