Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager with a strong background in Java-based application development and enterprise risk management. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex software projects, and ensure delivery excellence while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for Java-based enterprise applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote best practices.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership.
Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure alignment.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

9+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Java technologies.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and mitigation techniques.
Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Git.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in BFSI, fintech, or regulated industries.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
