Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to lead IT systems integration projects in the insurance domain. You will plan, execute, and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and seamless coordination across teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, and vendors to integrate systems like policy administration, claims, underwriting, CRM, and finance platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT projects for insurance systems integration.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ensure smooth integration of policy, claims, CRM, and financial systems.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and governance standards.
• Drive change management and adoption strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 10-15+ years in IT project management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Experience in system integration projects (legacy systems, cloud, APIs, middleware).
• Understanding of insurance operations and workflows.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
