    patch management

  • VOIP Guru

    : Optimize call center VOIP systems for zero downtime.

  • DLM Pro

    : Master data lifecycle management – from creation to archival.

  • Big Brother Mode

    : 24/7

    network monitoring

    , and incident response.

  • Compliance Champ

    : Ensure systems meet governance standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).

  • IAM Ninja

    : Manage

    identity & access controls

    : BCA/MCA, BTech/BE (CS/IT).

  • Certifications

    : CCNA, CISSP, ITIL v3/v4, SC-300 (

  • Cloud
