Greetings!

We are hiring for the following role:

Key Responsibilities:

Role:

IT Administrator (System / Network / Infra + AV Support)
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, desktops, laptops, peripherals).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems.
Provide L1/L2 support for end users (hardware/software/network issues).
Monitor and manage network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
User account & access management (AD, O365, VPN).
Ensure data backups, security compliance, and routine maintenance.

AV (Audio-Visual) Support:

Manage meeting room AV equipment (projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, VC systems).
Provide support for Zoom/MS Teams/Google Meet calls, including setup and troubleshooting.
Maintain AV hardware inventory and coordinate repairs/replacements.
Assist in hybrid meeting setups for local and remote participants.
Skills Required:
2-5 years of experience in IT Administration (system, network, or infra support).
Hands-on with Windows/Linux server administration.
Knowledge of networking basics (LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN).
Experience with ticketing tools / ITSM systems.
Familiarity with AV equipment (conference room setups, VC systems, projectors, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer support mindset.

Nice to have:

Okta, Intune, Jamf experience
