ISO 9001 Implementation Specialist

Job Location- Baner, Pune (WFO)

Budget- Up to 15 LPA

Primary Responsibilities:

System Development & Implementation:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9000/9001 standards
• Conduct gap analysis to compare current practices against ISO 9001 requirements and identify areas for improvement
• Create and maintain quality documentation including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
• Establish quality management policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and ISO standards

Auditing & Compliance

• Plan and conduct internal audits to monitor QMS implementation and ensure conformity to ISO 9001
• Prepare the organization for external certification audits and serve as liaison with registrar
• Identify, analyze, document and report on system deficiencies and non-conformance
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address non-conformities

Training & Leadership

• Train employees on quality management system procedures and ISO 9001 requirements quality-assurance
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization
• Collaborate across departments to ensure QMS compliance and monitor performance
• Lead ISO steering committees and working groups.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system
• Analyze data and produce reports for management review
• Manage and investigate customer complaints
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology

Required Qualifications:

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

  in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• Advanced degree preferred

  (Master's in Quality Management, MBA with Quality Management specialization) for senior roles

Professional Certifications:

Essential Certifications:

• ISO 9001 Lead Implementer Certification

  (PECB or equivalent)only trainings

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Quality Manager (CQM)

  by American Society for Quality (ASQ)

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

  certification

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification

  for comprehensive audit capabilities

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements

  and quality management principles
• Knowledge of
