Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Ironclad CLM implementations including scoping, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
Design and configure contract templates, approval workflows, clause libraries, and metadata capture aligned with business needs.
Customize Ironclad workflows, forms, user roles, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, DocuSign, and SSO.
Apply best practices for Ironclad API usage and automation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
Conduct training sessions, UAT support, and stakeholder presentations.
Translate business requirements into technical configurations.
Resolve platform issues, recommend enhancements, and stay updated on Ironclad feature releases.
Document implementation processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
