Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Big Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Spark, Scala, Hadoop, and SQL , with a proven track record of building scalable data pipelines and delivering high-performance data solutions. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience in Big Data technologies Apache Spark (Core, SQL, DataFrames, RDD) Scala programming (Hands-on expertise) Hadoop Ecosystem (HDFS, MapReduce, YARN, Hive, HBase) SQL (Advanced querying, optimization, joins, aggregations) Data Ingestion & Processing : ETL development and real-time data streaming (Kafka desirable) Working knowledge of distributed computing concepts Good to Have: Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts Exposure to Python/Java for scripting purposes CI/CD practices for data pipeline deployments Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work in Agile development environments
