Job Description

Ensure smooth Industrial Relations at the Raipur unit Liaise with local trade unions and handle union negotiations and settlements Maintain compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Factory Act, etc.) Manage contract labour including contractor coordination, wage compliance, and statutory documentation Address disciplinary issues, grievances, and employee disputes Coordinate with local government and statutory bodies Labour Department, ESI, PF Office, Factory Inspector, etc. Handle statutory audits and ensure timely submission of returns and registers Lead employee engagement, welfare activities, and communication initiatives Ensure adherence to company policies, HR practices, and Code of Conduct at the plant level Support manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding of workers and staff Maintain updated employee records and prepare HR/IR-related MIS and reports Assist in implementation of productivity and cost-saving initiatives Provide training on labour law compliance, discipline, safety, and skill development Handle legal cases related to labour and industrial disputes in coordination with legal team Foster a safe, productive, and compliant work environment
