Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer Location : Hyderabad Job Type : Full-time, Work from Office Experience Required : 6 Months to 1 Year Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM 7 : 30 PM Openings : 10 Positions We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of our companys computer systems and networks. Your role will include supporting users, resolving technical issues, ensuring system integrity, and implementing security measures. Key Responsibilities Maintain and administer computer networks and systems, including software, hardware, configurations, and applications. Perform regular data backups and support disaster recovery operations. Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect data and systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Replace or repair faulty network hardware components as necessary. Install, configure, and monitor antivirus software and email systems. Analyze network performance and make necessary adjustments. Coordinate network access and permissions for users. Create and maintain accurate documentation of network systems and infrastructure. Provide support to users and resolve existing system Skills and Qualifications : Strong knowledge of computer hardware, network infrastructure, and operating systems. Hands-on experience with network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs, and controllers. Familiarity with network protocols and security measures. Ability to troubleshoot and visualize effective solutions independently. Proficiency in creating technical documentation and network diagrams. Fast learner with the ability to grasp unfamiliar technologies and tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
